Mr. Barbieri has served 35 years in the financial services industry working for community, regional & national banks; spanning three states, including twelve years as a bank president, CEO and Director.
Over the past three decades, Mr. Barbieri has developed superior leadership & management skills, with a strong acumen in strategic planning, business development, and networking.
Capitalizing on his entrepreneurial spirit, in 1997 he co-founded a deNovo Community Bank and in 2008 established a specialty niche immigrant small business oriented Community Bank.
He has traveled throughout five continents exploring the culture and business environment of over 36 countries. In 2010 he capitalized on his extensive financial and business experience by starting an International Business Consulting Firm focusing on bank & business advisory, global remittance, strategic alliances, and project finance.
Mr. Barbieri holds an MBA, a BS in Business Administration, and Banking degrees from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the ABA Management School for Corporate Bankers.
Mr. Barbieri also has extensive non-profit board experience, serving on many prominent non-profit organization boards over the past four decades, such as the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, Boy Scouts of America, United Way, the local Hospital Foundation, and local youth sports.
